1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

2. Account & Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during purchase or account registration.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Product Listings & Contract Formation

All product listings constitute an invitation to offer.

A legally binding contract is formed only when:

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

  • In case of pricing errors, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

All content on the Platform including designs, logos, graphics, text, and trademarks are the exclusive property of no.one.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or logistical disruptions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
