At no.one, we do not offer refunds. All eligible purchases are exchange-only, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

All products purchased from no.one are eligible for exchange only.
Returns for refunds, store credit, or cancellations are not accepted.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this exchange-only policy.

2. EXCHANGE WINDOW

You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Any exchange request made after this period will not be accepted.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or odor

Products that fail quality inspection will not be eligible for exchange.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events (unless stated otherwise)

  • Innerwear, accessories, or limited-drop items (if applicable)

5. EXCHANGE TYPES

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.

  • If the replacement product costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

  • If the replacement product costs less, the price difference will not be refunded.

6. EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@noone.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Requested size or color

Once approved, you will receive instructions for the exchange process.

7. SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • no.one is not responsible for lost or delayed exchange shipments.

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
Approved cases will be exchanged at no additional cost.

9. FINAL SALE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing a purchase on no.one, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Refunds are not provided

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • All decisions by no.one regarding exchanges are final
