Order Cancellation (Physical Products)

Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

No-Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for any products purchased from our website.
However, exceptions may be considered only in the following cases:

Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted only if:

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
